Underage Access
If 755bat determines or reasonably suspects that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all open bets will be voided, and any balance held in the account will be returned minus any winnings generated during the period of underage use. 755bat strongly encourages parents and guardians to employ appropriate parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms.

3. Account Registration

Accurate Information Obligation
You must keep your account information up to date at all times. If your mobile number, email address, or residential address changes, you must update your account profile within 7 days of the change. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.
One Account Rule
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on 755bat at any given time. If 755bat identifies multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether identified by name, mobile number, payment method, device fingerprint, or IP address — all duplicate accounts will be closed. Any bonuses or winnings accumulated through duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture. The player's primary account may also be reviewed for suspension depending on the circumstances.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

Deposits made from a third-party account may be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash and Nagad are processed within 90 seconds under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals to Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard are processed within the timeframe displayed in the cashier section at the time of the request. 755bat reserves the right to request identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount exceeds ৳20,000 or where unusual account activity has been detected.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, subject to that method supporting outbound transfers. If your preferred withdrawal method does not support outbound transfers, 755bat support will work with you to arrange an alternative, provided the alternative account is registered in your own name.
Anti-Money Laundering
755bat maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with applicable standards. 755bat reserves the right to delay, block, or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation before large withdrawals are processed. Failure to cooperate with AML/KYC requests will result in account suspension.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

General Betting Rules
A bet placed on 755bat is final and binding once it has been accepted and a confirmation reference number has been issued. 755bat does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or void bets after they have been confirmed, except where the platform itself has made a manifest error (see below). All odds are displayed in decimal format. The payout for a winning bet is calculated as: stake multiplied by odds, with the original stake returned as part of the payout.
Manifest Errors

The Platform's determination of whether an error is manifest shall be final.
Cricket Betting Rules
755bat covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international series, and other major cricket competitions. All cricket bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (Bangladesh Cricket Board, Board of Control for Cricket in India, International Cricket Council). In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced in overs due to weather or other circumstances, settlement rules specific to that market type apply as published in the cricket betting rules document accessible from the sports betting lobby.
Live Casino Rules
Live casino games on 755bat are operated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by the specific rules of that game as displayed at the table during play. 6. Bonuses & Promotions

Bonus Eligibility

7. Account Suspension & Closure
755bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account that breaches these Terms, and players may also request voluntary closure at any time.
Suspension by 755bat
755bat may temporarily suspend a player account at any time without prior notice in the following circumstances: suspected fraud or money laundering; suspected underage gambling; suspected breach of the one-account rule; suspected prohibited conduct as described in Section 5; pending identity or payment method verification; or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. During a suspension, the player will be unable to log in, place bets, play games, or initiate withdrawals. Where the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the account will be reinstated and any legitimate balance restored.
Permanent Closure by 755bat
755bat may permanently close a player account where the suspension investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms, where the player is found to be under 18 years of age, where the player has provided fraudulent documentation, or where continued operation of the account poses a legal or reputational risk to the platform. Upon permanent closure for cause, any remaining balance attributable to bonus funds or winnings generated through prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Real-money deposits not traceable to any breach may be returned at 755bat's discretion following the completion of AML verification procedures.
Voluntary Account Closure
Players may close their 755bat account at any time by contacting support at support@755bat.vip with a written closure request. Before the account is closed, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement) will be paid out to the player's registered payment method. Accounts with pending KYC verification will not be eligible for balance withdrawal until verification is complete. Players who close their account voluntarily may re-register subject to meeting all eligibility requirements at the time of re-registration.
Self-Exclusion

755bat is not liable for: losses arising from a player's gambling decisions; losses arising from the use of third-party software or hardware to access the platform; losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain the confidentiality of their credentials; losses arising from events outside 755bat's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service outages, acts of God, government action, or cyber attacks; or any loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 755bat's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the 755bat service, you should first contact our support team at support@755bat.vip, providing full details of your complaint. 755bat will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days. If you remain dissatisfied following our response, you may escalate the complaint in writing to our complaints management team, whose contact details are available on request from the support team.
